This healthy take on a sophisticated dessert is unbelievably easy. It is light, fluffy and has a wonderful depth of flavor thanks to the chocolate. What can I say, it’s chocolate!
Decadent Chocolate Mousse
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
1 cup greek yogurt
¼ cup semisweet or dark chocolate chips, melted and cooled
¼ cup half and half (can be substituted with milk)
2 tsps honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 TBSP cocoa or cacao powder (optional, but adds depth)
Optional Toppings
Shaved dark chocolate
Fresh sliced strawberries
Directions
In a glass bowl, combine all ingredients. With a hand beater, whip for approximately 2 minutes, or until fluffy.
Divide into 4 cups and top with fresh berries or shaved dark chocolate.
